Exchange/Return Policy
 

  • FREE* exchange/ return of ALL NEW COLLECTION with courier shipping

  • one (1) exchange or one (1) return is FREE

  • You may exchange/*return an item up to 14 days from the day you have received the item, subject to the item arriving back to us in its original package, it hasn’t been used in any way, no damage has been caused (intentionally or unintentionally) and it is in its original form with its hygine stikers and original tag.

  • Return/Exchange policy is not applicable for items on sale.

Returning/exchanging shipment cost/s 

  •  We will not be responsible for any costs involved in returning the item and no refund will be given in this respect.

  • For exchanging an item - we will bear the shipment costs only from our offices  to you upone your delivery service we used originaly. 

  • Return/Exchange policy is not applicable for items on sale

How to return the Shipment

  • Please send us an email to booga@boogaswim.com should you wish to exchange or return an item. In order to improve our service, if you wish to return an item, we will greatly appreciate if you could also specify the reason. 

  • Please make sure to deliver the item by registered post or by a delivery person.

  • Once the delivery arrives to our office, we will inform you by return email and we will reimburse you with the item's cost / exchange to the size or color you request.

  • There are no returns for swimwear on sale at a site discount

  • There are no returns for swimwear from previos collection on SALE

  • A size / model can be exchanged at FREE at our studio or via courier with extra shipping cost.

  • There are no returnsfor swimwear for kids and mans. A size / model can be exchanged at FREE at our studio or via courier with extra shipping cost.
