Exchange/Return Policy
 

• You may exchange/*return an item up to 14 days from the day you have received the item, subject to the item arriving back to us in its original package, it hasn’t been used in any way, no damage has been caused (intentionally or unintentionally) and it is in its original form with its hygine stikers and original tag.

• Return policy is not applicable for items on sale.

Returning/exchanging shipment cost/s 

• ancellation Fee - 10 NIS

• We will not be responsible for any costs involved in returning the item and no refund will be given in this respect.

• You can use our delivery services to return the item at a cost of 35 NIS that will be deducted at the time of the credit in addition to the 10 nis cancellation fee.

• For exchanging an item - we will bear the shipment costs only for New collection (not in SALE) and from our offices  to you upone your delivery service we used originaly.

How to return the Shipment

• Please send us an email to booga@boogaswim.com should you wish to exchange or return an item. In order to improve our service, if you wish to return an item, we will greatly appreciate if you could also specify the reason. 

• Please make sure to deliver the item by registered post or by a delivery person.

• Once the delivery arrives to our office, we will inform you by return email and we will reimburse you with the item's cost / exchange to the size or color you request.
